The right to not vote

October 30, 2008

I’m sick and tired of people, especially black people, telling me that I have to vote or I have no right to complain. Of course they also want me to vote for Obama, which is in itself another infraction, just because Obama and me are both black. So what? I don’t hate Obama. I’m just tired of people falling for the corporate duopoly that never really changes anything in America and telling me that I’m wrong when they don’t even know what the hell is going on around them wasting their time watching tv, shopping and partying. That is how the neocons took over the country, on the watch of a bunch of corporate career politicians and distracted, infantile, consumerist Americans. The Democrats now only have a few leftists remaining in the party. The majority of them are centrist neoliberals or right-leaning Bluedogs seeking personal fortune and aggrandizement. We have been duped again, blacks and whites.

Anyone with a brain knows that Obama is a better deal than McCain, even if only marginally. That is not the point. The point is that the right to vote also includes the right to not vote. Remember how Saddam Hussein forced everyone in Iraq to vote but he was the only candidate on the ballot. We will never have 100% voter turnout here because of disillusionment but we effectively have one candidate every four years and it’s corporations represented by two parties fighting over who gets to serve them.

Not voting can send just as strong of a signal as voting since there is no “None of the above” on the ballot. What if no Americans voted because we were fed up with the two party system? Washington wouldn’t know what to do. How would the election be decided? That would send a much stronger signal than capitulating to the duopoly for marginal positive changes, if any. By voting for a Democrat or a Republican you are basically saying that you accept that no real change will or can happen so you will take whatever they give you for now in the hopes that reform can happen. That is weak-minded, delusional and obviously ineffectual. Besides it also assumes that change is always for the better. The reality is that things improve, then get worse and back and forth like that ad infinitum so no progress will ever be made if we do not break the cycle and make a broad leap forward. The system is too rigged for incremental change. If we stand on a platform of love for all people then the policies figure themselves out. Obama supports Israel. How does he call himself a man of god and a man of change when he wants to continue US imperialism and domination of other countries? That is not love. It is evil.

I understand that blacks fought hard for the right to vote but the right to vote is symbolic for the right to be heard. The act itself rarely changes anything but it does give him the feelgood they need to go another four years without doing anything substantive. Voting is great when there are many parties to represent the differing views of the people. It’s also great when your vote actually counts, something becoming dubious in this country with Diebold’s easily hacked electronic voting machines. It doesn’t matter how you voice your opinion as long as it is heard. If I choose to make my statement by not voting then that is my right regardless of the reason. If everyone voted their conscience instead of for the lesser of two evils then we wouldn’t have this two party system to begin with. We’d have third parties who actually represented the people and weren’t blacked out by the mainstream corporate media. The candidates are already chosen by the elite before they are ever presented to us anyway. Americans are not stupid but we are suckers. The elite are playing us like harps at the annual sap’s convention and most of us appear to be ok with it since the elite are not on tv every night telling us about their diabolical plans for world domination.

So don’t tell me I have to vote or I have no right to complain. I have every right to complain whether I vote or not. I am still a US citizen with the right to free speech and no one’s moral ramblings can change that. Black people that reject other blacks who do not support Obama are demonstrating the same pack mentality that whites have toward other races. Nader and McKinney have been doing what Jesus would do for decades and now they are relegated to obscurity because black folk are not listening, reading, researching or rejecting the US exceptionalism. We are now no better than the white men that founded this evil country and God will judge us for that treachery to morality. These megachurches focusing on the “gospel of prosperity” have brainwashed our community into thinking God cares about material possessions.

We have been played by the Democrats for decades and apparently are not ready to give up that role. Now we are just playing ourselves. Just because a redneck conservative might use the N-word doesn’t mean they respect you any less than a liberal yuppie in a suit or Birkenstocks. Racists come in all shapes, sizes and incomes. I hope Obama does bring some positive change to America at home and abroad but it will not be enough. Pulling a knife out of a man’s back two inches doesn’t really help when it’s nine inches deep. When it comes down to it the president cannot create positive change. That comes from within each and every one of us, not a group of egotistical Ivy Leaguers seeking corporate funding and an ahistorical, revisionist legacy.

A closer look at progressive taxation

October 30, 2008

Can we please stop the political rhetoric for two seconds and look at our tax system realistically and fairly? First let me state that someone that has an income of 100 million dollars a year cannot possibly earn that just from their labor. What is the different in the lifestyle of a man that makes 100 million a year versus a man that makes 20 million a year? One has more power than the other and that is what the wealthy want once money is no object…..power. When a corporation attains economies of scale they redistribute the wealth from a few workers and the owners to upper management and the shareholders. The workers receive usually under 100,000 a year for varying amounts of labor while upper management is out playing golf by 3pm calling it a business lunch and receiving stock options and bonuses in addition to an inordinate base salary. The salaries of upper management are more like professional sports than someone who earns an income. This is where the real redistribution of wealth takes place. This is not to say that entrepreneurs do not deserve good compensation for innovation and creativity but most of upper management is just collecting checks and sucking up to the shareholders at workers’ expense and they will be the first ones to be laid off when the bottom line is not being met, regardless of their contribution to the company’s success. Huge income disparities undermine the very thread of capitalism that these people claim to defend and hold high.

Now that we understand that no one deserves 100 million dollars a year unless they cure AIDS or cancer let’s talk politics. McCain is calling Obama a socialist which he most certainly is not. Obama is saying he wants to beef up social programs to help the middle class. That is not socialism. Socialism is public ownership of private property. We don’t have that in this country but we do have a few social programs like welfare, Medicare and Medicaid. Republicans are not only distortiontists and promulgators of disinformation. In other words they’re goddamned liars. I’m no Obama supporter because of his imperial foreign policies and support of Israel. Obama needs to change those positions but in all likelihood he won’t so he won’t get my vote. Lucky for him I live in North Carolina so he doesn’t need my vote to win thanks to blacks giving him all of votes so they can hold their heads high around white people. I would vote on principal for McKinney or Nader but since one of the duopoly parties gets all electoral votes here my vote for president basically won’t count.

Returning to taxes, Republicans say that taxes need to be cut on corporations so they can create more jobs. Bullshit. Corporations don’t create more jobs when they have more money. They give it to the shareholders in increased dividends to please the board who in turn will give them a fatter piece of the pie for their profits. The people at the bottom get nothing except perhaps a menial bonus taxed at the 40% gift tax rate. Who gets those tax dollars I’ll never know. What the media and even alternative news outlets have not been discussing is that corporations rarely pay their taxes. When they don’t then the middle class shoulders the burden. Corporate tax lawyers find loopholes, or just engage in outright rewriting of the books like Enron did, to avoid paying anything so what we really need is to ensure that corporations, all corporations, are paying all of their taxes. That is the real problem and it’s being obfuscated behind a class warfare argument by the Republicans.Yes this is class warfare. It’s about the rich screwing the poor. It’s always been about that and it always will be.

Now I know that corporations will continue to skirt the laws in any way possible and bought politicians and judges will enable them. If taxes are raised on corporations then they will become even more criminal in their attempts at tax avoidance and others that were paying their taxes will now get into the game of paying nothing or as little as possible. I’m not saying corporations shouldn’t have their taxes raised so they won’t attempt to cheat. I’m saying that there needs to be more accountability when they don’t pay and most of them don’t and get away with it. If we lower taxes on corporations they will just keep giving more and more money to the shareholders and upper management which means the wealth disparity will continue to increase which means the people will continue to have no voice in government because lobbyists and special interests have all of the influence via their corporate political contributions. Corporate politics is the problem. Politicans serve corporations now, not the people. Greed and rankism have infected this society in the worst possible way. The wealthy now view the poor and middle class as expendable and themselves as superior beings. This will have disastrous consequences for the majority of us as public policies become more and more apathetic to our concerns.

This stockpiling of wealth by the upper class is unnecessary and hurts the rest of America. The elite will be dead and long gone before they spend half of it and many of them don’t even have children to inherit it. Those that do should be subject to the death tax (as it’s unfavorably called). In other words if you don’t earn it then you shouldn’t get it. Incomes should be capped at some figure that is intelligently derived. Too many rich people haven’t done a thing except manipulate the system to obtain and increase their wealth. At a certain point they can squash all competition and then democracy in the same breath. This is too much power for politicians and corporations to have. Nader has it exactly right. He wants to transform corporations back into non-human entities so they are not entitled to the same rights as humans from a legal perspective. This would reverse this negative trend of legal decisions favoring corporations at the expense of humanity and the planet. We must be crazy putting a non-human entity in charge of humanity?!?! Our own corporations are going to kill us but humans are the only species on the planet that knowingly try to kill themselves. Apparently we have a death wish.

The richwill  support any and everything that puts more money in their accounts. That is their only agenda. Few of them have any compassion for Americans without healthcare or orhpans in Iraq or victims of genocide in Africa. This cold-hearted, calculating, amoral way of life is cancerous. If humanity is to survive we are either going to have to wrest control from these financially parasitical maniacs by force and sequester them or simply outright kill them and take back what is rightfully ours as a whole. Socialism is right. Capitalism is wrong. Why? Because once you throw in the human tendency for greed, corruption and competition you are no longer dealing with a purely theoretical economic system. You are dealing madmen who will kill their own mother for a dollar.

What is real change?

October 26, 2008

Obama has been largely successful at painting himself as the change figure in this election and the opposition as more of the same. I propose they are both more of the same but Obama slightly less of more of the same. Bush and Cheney have so mentally damaged Americans over the past eight years that Americans don’t even want real change anymore. They just want to go back to the Clinton days and start over from there. You can’t go back though. Obama may provide some relief to the middle class but he has never agreed with decreasing military spending. He is another imperialist president like the forty-three white men that came before him. So I guess he’s the forty-third and a half white man to do this and the first half of a black man. Here is what real change means to me.

1) Real change means slashing the defense budget in half or more. Obama will not do it. He wants to expand it.

2) Real changes means dismantling our over 500 military bases worldwide. Obama won’t do it.

3) Real change means mandating a federal “living” wage. Obama won’t do it.

4) Real change means a single payer universal healthcare. Obama won’t do it.

5) Real change means ending the occupation of Iraq. Obama won’t do it.

6) Real change means ending support for Israeli apartheid and genocide. Obama won’t do it.

7) Real change means getting the US off foreign oil and investing in renewable energy. Obama won’t do it.

8) Real change means penalizing companies that send jobs overseas. Obama won’t do it.

9) Real change means stopping the flow of illegal immigrants into the country by enforcing existing laws. Obama won’t do it.

10) Real change means ending influence of lobbyists and special interest groups in Washington. Guess what? Obama won’t do it.

11) Real change means rolling back all of Bush’s tax cuts for the rich. Obama won’t do it.

12) Real change means decriminalizing marijuana possession. Obama won’t do it.

13) Real change means opening a real investigation into the events of 9/11. Obama definitely won’t do it.

You can’t turn to the Republicans for the answers. They won’t do any of this either. Only Ralph Nader as an independent or McKinney/Clemente running with the Green Party can and will bring the change Americans need. In other words get ready for another four years of corporate malfeasance at our expense. We fell for the okeydoke once again. I just hope Nader and McKinney have the good sense to run together on the Green Party ticket in 2012.

Gays vs Straight Chasers

October 24, 2008

Before I delve into this sensitive topic let me say I have no issue with gay people, real gay people. What a person does sexually should not define who they are. Gays are humans who feel the entire gamut of emotions just like straight people but there are a few misconceptions out there that need to be straightened out, no pun intended.

First, I think it is quite clear that some people are born gay. It is also equally clear that some people become gay later in life from environment factors. They may have had a predisposition for gayness but not enough to make them gay until they put themselves into the right environment to push them over the edge. Whatever. I happen to know for a fact that there are many people who live the gay lifestyle that do not fit into either of these categories. What are they? Freaks? I know men and women who were in straight relationships that ended painfully and now they only sleep with people of the same sex. Why are psychologists not looking at the impact of emotions on people’s sexuality? Perhaps it’s not politically expedient because conservatives need everything in black and white, meaning you’re either born gay or you’re not. The truth is rarely black and white. It’s usually gray.

Another common phenomenon is gay people chasing straight people for sex. It’s happened to me before. The last time I checked gay people like having sex with other gay people. Why do some gay people pursue sex sex with someone who is heterosexual? That is not gay. I don’t know what to call that but gays are supposed to like other gays of the same sex. The lines blur with the transgendered and transvestites who may or may not also be gay but this group of people just looking to have gay sex with straight people are a separate entity altogether. I suspect that they are so ashamed of being gay, from being raised religious or simply in an anti-gay society like we have, that they still cling to or envy people who are straight because society considers that normal behavior. Whatever the reason it needs to stop. How would these quasi-gay people like it if straight people chased gays for sex?

What people do sexually is their business but not when it interferes with my life. Some of you are probably saying this is simply a case of bisexuality. I disagree. I do not believe in bisexuality. Everyone prefers one sex over another. You may like to dabble in the other and your preferences may change over time but there is always one sex preferred over another. In that sense everyone is either gay or straight except for this group of straight-chasers. I find it offensive that men would attempt to get sex from other men who don’t want to give it to them. That has the characteristics of rape or pedophilia. It’s almost as if these people want straight men to know that sex with a man is so good and that they’ve been missing it their entire lives. I’ve never seen a straight man turned gay from having sex with one of these people or a gay man. Straight people are straight. I was born straight, am still straight and will die straight. There is no way to convince me to become gay or prove to me that being gay is better than being straight.

Straight-chasers give gays a bad name. I have had friends that are gay before and I didn’t even know it. It doesn’t matter because like I said their sexuality is just one part of them as a person. Gay bashers and homophobes, particularly in the black community and the neo-nazi movement, target all gay people with their vitiolic hate. In fact what most straight men hate is not gays themselves. it’s these people who pretend to be gay and try to recruit straight people into the gay fold. Leave people to their own sexuality. If a man or a woman really wants to experience sex with a member of the same sex they would pursue that on their own and we have seen plenty of conservatives doing just that.

Why black people really support Obama

October 18, 2008

I used to think, until today in fact, that black people support Obama because he’s black. That’s partially true but not the entire story. Why? Because there have been black presidential candidates before that garnered little support in the black community. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are the two that come to mind. The problem with them is that they were seen as too black, however, and unable to garner support from whites. What does too black mean? Too black means you support black liberation, reparations and anything else to undo the damage done to blacks from slavery over the centuries. White people are monolithically opposed to anything that only benefits black people and many are against anything that benefits blacks at all.

The other reason black people support Obama is because enough whites support him to make him a viable candidate with black support. In other words black people refuse to support candidates on the moral ground of the issues. We have chosen to support Obama because he has a chance of winning because of the financial support of the white powere structure. Now how does that sound? Like MLK said “And some of us by the way we act, we even lost our minds.”

Now this is interesting. White people would always rather have a white candidate than a nonwhite one but the ruling elite, 100% white, have so financially screwed the white middle and lower classes that they are willing to entertain the possibility and reality of a black president. So black people are actually using class warfare against white people who place their personal financial security above racial loyalty to put their man in the White House. This is nothing but a ploy by the Democrats to make sure that black people stay put in the corrupt Democratic Party and don’t start looking at third party alternatives like the Green Party, who get no media coverage whatsoever unless Cynthia McKinney does something that can misconstrued as angry black women behavior like the Capitol police incident while she was still a member of Congress before she was targeted by the Republican machine in her district for doing her performing her job of oversight.

Now black people see black Jesus in Barack Obama. They think he’s taking them to the promised land. Black people fully believe that Obama is lying to whites to get their support and that he is really “down” with them. That is the height of delusion and it falsely assumes that Obama would be able to do whatever he chooses if elected. Obama will always be accountable to the corporate machine of white supremacy. He cannot change the system from within it. If he tries he will be assassinated. In fact he may be assassinated anyway by crazed rednecks and skinheads who still believe, list most Americans, that race can actually make one superior or inferior to others. Either way Obama has white people who will keep him in check and make sure he tows the line of corporatism. If black people somehow benefit from Obama’s programs then whites will have to benefit more or else Obama will turn a deaf ear to blacks. Wait and see. It’s going to be hilarious and sad at the same time when blacks realize they got duped on race just like rednecks got duped on Bush’s folksiness. Black people should know better than to trust a black man in sheep’s clothing but Obama’s gravitas has them mesmorized beyond belief.

So the answer to my question “Why do black people support Obama?” is “Because white people do.” That should give us all pause. When have black and white people ever supported anything together that was ultimately beneficial for blacks? Maybe this will be a first just like the Twin Towers and WTC7 being the first  steel frame structured buildings to collapse from fire all on the same day. Wake up people.

Voting for the winner (makes you a loser)

October 17, 2008

Americans love being part of the winning team. We are a nation of fairweather, shallow fans. As soon as things start to go sour Americans can be counted on to bail as quickly as possible. We run from struggles and turn a deaf ear to everything except instant gratification. Sports and politics are probably the best two examples of this perverse behavior.

I’ve always been a Cowboys fan but it didn’t matter to me whether they were 1-15 or 15-1. I was still always a Cowboys fan because I enjoyed watching the building process over the years. It made victory that much more sweet. With all the free agency in sports these days few players are affiliated with a team for life anymore. It’s like musical chairs with rich white men trading big black men like a slave auction. I’ve noticed recently that there are a lot of Pittsburgh fans. Where did they come from? Probably the most recent SuperBowl win when Jerome Bettis retired. They sure didn’t exist before that. Americans have no loyalty to anything. We change our identity to fit in and cling to superficial trends all out of fear that our real selves will be rejected by the masses of bandwagoners.

I am a non-conformist and I can attest to the trials and tribulations one will be subjected to when you choose to think for yourself. Most people hate me. Really. I’m not kidding. And what for? Because they believe I choose to be different. They think I really want to conform but that I want to stick out by pretending to be a non-conformist. It’s not pretending with me and I don’t choose to be different. I believe television has done more to create these masses of trendy, ephemeral, pop-culture losers who have no idea who they really are. It’s why Americans become bored so easily. They look for corporations to provide 24/7 entertainment to titillate and envigorate their senses. Of course this is usually combined with drugs, sex and alcohol as well.

The fear of not fitting in is probably rooted in our genes and exploited by corporate psychologist who prey upon our primitive instincts for profit. Imagine what would happen to someone in a hunter-gatherer society who did not fit in. They would die of starvation most likely because back then it took cooperation to maintain the group. What we overlooked or at least underestimated was the social component of human interaction. We have overcome our daily struggle for food and clean drinking water. We have overcome many diseases and the many time-consuming tasks that used to occupy our time. Now what do we have? Not much from what I can tell. We spend our time trying to find things to do. There is little mental stimulation from what I can tell. Even when I joined Mensa I realized the standards for admission had been lowered so far that almost anyone could get in if they paid the admission fee.

And that’s what America amounts to: profit. People say they want change in this country but have no idea what change represents. Americans want to maintain our privilege lifestyle at the expense of the other 95% of the planet so change to us is undoing or preventing anything that allows other countries to raise their own standards of living. Yes we Americans are a selfish bunch. We believe that we deserve everything we have simple because we have it and that’s the way it is. Of course our exceptionalist attitudes are rooted in white supremacy but even nonwhites embrace it when the enemy is foreign.

When people ask me who I’m voting for, Obama or McCain and I tell them neither their inevitable next question if “Who then?”. That in itself demonstrates how the media blacks out third parties and how uninformed and lazy Americans are. The Green Party is not some ragtag, startup group of treehuggers. They hold major political clout all over the world except in this country, where the corporate duopoly routinely breaks the law to exclude them from the political process. The next thing the sheeple say is “I’ve never heard of them.” Then they say “They don’t have a chance of winning” and then finally “You are wasting your vote.” Of course no one has a chance to win without getting votes but whose fault is that when Americans willfully choose ignorance and the same system of capitalistic exploitation that has them literally on their knees today? So having voted for the political winner in America means a lot to the sheeple indeed. They may not have healthcare but goshdarnit they voted for Obama and he won so in their twisted delusional minds they won too right? Wrong. Whenever a Democrat or Republican wins another election it is always a loss for the people and a win for corporations and the elite.

The High Cost of Delusion and Denial

October 16, 2008

I have always been a realist. Some people believe in positive realism but being a realist is sometimes positive and sometimes negative. That’s reality. People who hear me talk about the things wrong with this country and world believe me to be a pessimist. I guess it really depends on how you define the terms but there is a growing trend in this country to only want to acknowledge the truth when it’s positive, something happening less and less these days. I’ve heard it called Pollyanna before and that’s as good as any name for it but I prefer the simple term of delusion.

We’ve all seen people that try to never be down. They walk around all day with a contrived fake smile and frown whenever anyone talks about any negative aspect of reality. In their minds everything is fine even when disaster is staring them straight in the faces. Obviously these people have been traumatized by something early in life because they have become completely unequipped to deal with reality, which we all know has positive and negative aspects. These people confuse optimism with delusional denial. They are the ones that say “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” That’s fine but what if you don’t have any sugar?

The reason I bring this up is because most Americans have some of this feelgood addiction in them and to their detriment. When times are tough people need to assess the situation and make the necessary adjustments, not cling to fear and inaction. Americans are spoiled and have been living in denial for decades about the economy and now that is has come crashing down many of us are losing it, especially whites who are used to a higher standard of living from racism and exploitation of others. This feelgood addiction is much more damaging to the nation as a whole than any drug addiction. Sure a drug addict hurts themselves and maybe they rob someone to buy more drugs but turning a blind eye to reality to avoid the emotional low that sometimes comes with the negativity of reality is not helpful to anyone. It paralyzes us.

I believe the powers that be encourage this weak-minded behavior. It’s a form of brainwashing. Americans bury themselves in distraction via materialism and consumerism and then when the bill comes due, like it has now, there is no one to pay it except us all over again. The worst part of denial is that the intensity of the emotion builds over time. The more you deny reality the more difficult it will be for you to accept it later. At some point I believe it becomes impossible to reverse the damage. My mother is one such person. No matter what happens she believes she maintains her faux optimism . These same Pollyanna people are usually very religious. It should surprise no one that people who have a hard time dealing with reality are also usually religious to some degree. They go hand in hand.

The last thing we need in this country right now is people who cannot confront reality. We have an energy crisis, an environmental crisis, a healthcare crisis, an economic crisis, illegal wars of aggression and the list goes on. These problems won’t go away by pretending they don’t exist. A man with cancer who doesn’t believe he has it will still die from it without treatment. We are definitely in the late stages of our disease.

The Curse of Christianity

October 13, 2008

White people have never done anything that directly and only benefited blacks without receiving something greater in return in exchange. Never. And they never will. The norm is for whites to receive something and for blacks to get nothing. On rare occasions blacks will get something, like professional athletes and musicians do, while whites get even more, like the owners of professional sports teams and the CEOs of record companies. Blacks never benefit without disproportionate white benefit. Whenever blacks do benefit in some small way then we are plastered all over the media to make poor and middle class whites jealous so they will forget about the white people in the background, sports team owners, CEOs and stockholders of record companies, who are raking in hundreds of times more money than their black front men. Nothing makes a poor white man angrier than a rich black man. That is America: home of the tv and land of the slave.

There is almost no black person in America that would dispute what I have just said. Whites never do anything to benefit us unless they get the long end of the stick. But the truth is useless unless it is applied to real life circumstances. Blacks were converted from our African religion somewhat by force and somewhat willingly. Over time we lost knowledge of our religion, culture and god as we became part of America’s failed experiment. Even though we have been derelict in our duties to preserve our African heritage there was also great pressure and proselytizing by whites to convert us to Christianity. Why? Because Christianity is white nationalism. That’s why whites can sleep at night while the military is overseas killing foreigners and stealing their natural resources. Whites consider this an acceptable loss for material gain. This is not how black people and African people naturally think, feel and behave.

We are not like white people. Whites are obsessed with hierarchy, wars, possessions and personal aggrandizement. Their culture is poison to humanity. That is why this country is falling apart as we speak. Whites always set up a pecking order and allow corruption to destroy their empires. History always repeats itself with whites because they never learn anything because they think they are so great that they can overcome their negatives which they view as positives. Capitalism is the world’s greatest killer because it allows men in power to do whatever they want and that is always to maintain an advantage over others. Why then did blacks willingly accept the religion of a people who have never meant anything but harm to us? It boggles my mind. I understand how trying the times were in the post-slavery era but one must understand that religion is a tool of the powerful over those without power. That’s all. The rich want us to live moral lives while they live theirs pursuing completely selfish goals at our expense. That is the modern function of religion, to make us feel bad or guility when we operate purely out of selfishness like them.

Christianity should have been patently rejected as soon as whites offered it to blacks. I’m not saying that the religion itself doesn’t have some good in it. It had to or else no one would have accepted it but it is also a sick twisted religion of sadism, homophobia, racism and sexism. Whites view it completely differently from blacks. Whites see Christianity as a reflection of white supremacy and solidarity, a reflection of themselves. Blacks see it as a form of redemption, as if we really have anything to be forgiven for after hundreds of years of slavery, torture and murder at the hands of the whites. You cannot take your oppressor’s tool for your enslavement and turn it into a positive. That is impossible. It’s like turning the word “nigger” into a positive. It cannot be done. Christianity, regardless of what it claims to be, is a religion of, for and by whites. It’s purpose is to enslave the minds of its converts so that they are not a threat to white power and hegemony. That is why there are so many missionaries in African.

It is human for many people to embrace religion when times are tough but it is suicide to embrace the religion of your oppressor who does not wish you well. Black people need to revert back to our African roots, not just Kwaanzaa or Juneteenth or watch night service, mere symbols of blackness. We need to completely reformulate and re-establish African culture within these Dis-United States. If we do not we will perish with whites as part of this American machine of global exploitation as the rest of the world seeks revenge for decades of US military dominance of ther countries via hundreds of military bases, CIA sponsored terror, puppet governments and the like.

Blacks are not to blame for what this country has done to the world and we should not stand as false patriots with whites who clearly do not give a damn whether we live or die. If they did they would have paid reparations by now, stopped the genocides in Africa and provided the cure for AIDs, which was created to depopulate Africa. It is much easier to free one’s body from enslavement than one’s mind. We are still practicing mental chattel slavery today on ourselves in a futile attempt to assimilate with whites to enjoy the fruits of white exploitation of others. If there was a Jesus, and that is doubtful, he would cast us out from him for our complicity in the global crimes of Anglo Saxons. Blacks then really would be cursed like Ham.

Tired of “Existence of God” arguments

October 12, 2008

Many books have been written. Debates have been held. Faith has been shaken. Faith has been strengthened but the essence of the argument against God remains. In fact it isn’t an argument against God. It’s an argument against the love of God. I don’t care if God exists or not if God doesn’t care if I exist or not. Why? Because either way it’s the same outcome for humanity. Whatever causes things to happen, (we still haven’t figured out quantum mechanics), is what will cause them to happen and they are unavoidable and at this time unknowable.

No human can or possibly ever will know, at least without a lot more evolution, if a God exists. Perhaps one day if we figure out one exists we can also figure out how to contact it and ask it questions. In all likelihood no one would answer because God just doesn’t care. That is not to say God doesn’t care about anything. It just doesn’t care about us. That should be abundantly apparent to anyone whose life if roughly half good luck and half bad luck, although we perceive it one way more than the other. Humans filter positive and negative through our own selfish lens. Winning the lottery isn’t good. We perceive it as good because we get to spend money and not work, two things highly valued in America and many other places in the world.

If religious people want me to believe that God cares about humanity then I want an explanation for all of the suffering given that fact that an all powerful God could stop it instantly and I want a real reason and not the ubiquitous “God works in mysterious ways” or “It’s all part of his master plan”. Was African slavery part of the plan too? Many Christians believe we have to suffer to earn our way into heaven. Why? If we are transformed at death then why would we need to value having suffered in this life? If that is true God is a sadist and a torturer, not a God of love. Just because religious people can’t deal with the fact that we are an evolved species that will eventually die out like the rest that is no excuse give credence to the benevolence of an entity that may not even exist, and almost assuredly does not exist in the paternal fashion that humans view it. Religion is just a horrible way of dealing with the unknown. God is not our father. That is a human custom. Parenting and proceation are products of evolution and survival, not the cosmos. Surely a sane person can see that.

Religion is not logical but believers take that as a compliment. It isn’t meant to be one. That is why it is pointless to debate believers. They are wrong. They have always been wrong and they will always be wrong. You don’t see believers driving off cliffs hoping God will save them from plummetting to their deaths do you? Why? Because they know they will die and it will in all likelihood be very painful. Where is their faith on gravity? Why do religious people adhere to scientific principles if their God can violate them at will and intercede on their behalf through prayer? If God’s will is going to be done how arrogant is it to ask that something outside of that be done for our personal aggrandizement? Religion is not only illogical and foolish. It is also extremely narcissistic. Humans have since their beginning overestimated their value in this universe, white people moreso than any other group. What we believe to be true and reality are never the same. It is a shame that our species will perish having come no further than this.
